Disincentives to those who are the most experienced and have the most to impart to junior colleagues. Such a shame @BorisJohnson

Reading about slavery, lynching and ongoing inequality makes my heart heavy. Wish this ongoing situation could be rectified.....but you need a platform to be heard.

Senior Consultants often have their (clinical) ear to the ground much better than a CEO who has so much to think about. Leave clinical care to the clinicians! @DrHenryMarsh
