- Replying to @SnickersSkunkTheir excuse - some of which was communicated privately but is also voiced through some of their comments in the quoted post - was that furries would attract an undesired audience. What did they mean by undesired audience?
- Replying to @SnickersSkunkLast night as we were preparing to drive down from Massachusetts to NY, we got notice that a venue that months ago booked a 4-band concert (us being one of the bands) wanted to cancel after finding out we are furries.
- Replying to @SnickersSkunkThey weren't clear. Something along the lines of calling us a kink group and saying people would show up in inappropriate kink gear even though in the furry-facing advertisement it was asked that people not bring fursuits (as of those were kink gear anyway).

Suit vs Suiter reveal - Replying to @SnickersSkunkThen they said we would attract random weird, problematic passerbys liable to make everyone else uncomfortable. Note that we would not have been visibly furry in any way and they knew this. How we would do that, and what the danger they're afraid of really is remains unclear.
- Replying to @SnickersSkunkBut this morning I woke up to a multitude of furries respectfully raising their concerns to the venue and voicing their outrage. Y'all also donated a helpful amount to Aural Alliance to help absorb the sunk costs. The support from the fandom has been so inspiring.
- Replying to @SnickersSkunkI went to bed last night pretty bummed. The label that worked so hard to make this gig happen for furry music would lose a decent amount of money. I was excited to participate in one of the first events of this kind in this fandom. The loss seemed big last night.
