Today the House Democrats pushed through an assault weapons ban bill, which would take away nearly 85% of all firearms in the state. Further, the Dems limited debate to 5 hours and rejected all of my amendments! The bill is the most egregious assault on our 2d Amendment Rights!

We grew up with bears and lions in our backyards and know how to handle it. Yes we get people who move here from the cities and east coast and they complain about wildlife, but they learn how to deal with the realities of living in the west soon enough. And yes, the deer will eat

we have the 5th highest medium home values in America, which means even though the assessment rate is the 3rd lowest, property taxes are tied to valuation, which means Coloradans are paying more money in taxes compared to a low property value, high rate state.
