- 1. At 40 yrs I have finally and officially retired from football. Hassocks 2002-06 Eastbourne Borough 2006-09 Horsham 2009-11 Whitehawk 2011 Burgess Hill 2011-2022 Hassocks 2022-24 22 seasons, 990 appearances, 348 goals.
- After 11 seasons, and at the age of 38, today will be my last home game for @Official_BHTFC. Thank you for your memories and wonderful support @ForzaAlliance
- Honoured to officially become Hassocks FC chairman. A great club with integrity, which I’ve inherited in wonderful condition thanks to the previous chairman, Dave John. Volunteers have been phenomenal. I’ll leave the club in a better condition than I find it ⚽️🏟️

- It was a privilege to be asked by the Premier League to do pre and post massage for the match officials at the Brighton vs West Ham game. Interesting to be behind the scenes and the stadium staff were very friendly and helpful
