    Dante talking - Loft, His approach & 2 strike hitting. Upon the hundreds of hours of these talks over the last 5+ years, this 2 mins and 30 seconds of simplicity, is probably the most difficult for a hitter to buy into. When to play out front and when not too!

    Here’s a single leg squat to medball toss. The main goal here is to NOT drift forward. Turn behind the ball. The closer you are turning to your center of mass👉🏻the quicker you will rotate. Think of this as landing on glass and throw. @SummersMethod @NoahSoles2 @krystinahartley

    Wanna be really good at your level!!!LISTEN “There’s only 2 pitches…. Up and In, & everything else!” W/ 2 strikes you shouldn’t try and hit the ball to the pull side on purpose, let the pitch dictate where it goes!!! An oldie but a goodie!!!

    Try this for one week- Hit every ball the other way with authority- Then next week watch how easy it gets to pull the ball whenever you want WITH AUTHORITY!!!

    IMO—Too many hitters finish extension “drills”by pointing at the sky—looks cool, but it’s missing the point. Extension isn’t about going up, it’s about staying through. Real power = staying below the head (chest to belly button, pitch depending). Stay connected. Stay through.
