- One thing that absolutely will happen in 20 years from now. Adult children will ask their parents why they didn’t buy 10 houses at today’s prices. Just like we asked our parents…and they asked their parents… and they asked their parents and… AND NO… I AM NOT SUGGESTING
- Homeownership builds wealth. Period. Just saying…without hesitation…
- I’ve given the same advice to agents and mortgage professionals for over 35 years… If the person or couple sitting in front of you is a generation younger than you, make believe they are your son or daughter. If the person or couple sitting in front of you is of the same
- I’m confused again!! I realize that many people and families have been priced out of the housing market and that’s absolutely horrible. My heart goes out to them. However, if someone is ready, willing and ABLE to buy a house today why should they wait? Simply because mortgage
- One more time…mortgage debt is not an issue in America. Just repeating…
