In Athens last year I complained to our tour guide about the “overwhelming graffiti”. She said that young people were expressing their “anger and frustration”. Then she said, “Graffiti can be removed. It’s not like they have guns.” Touché.

Jurors aren’t required to know nothing about a case, be completely unbiased, be know no one associated with the case, or never have been (or had a loved one) involved in a similar case or incident. They are selected because they can be open-minded and evaluate the case based
