At Westside Barbell (11yrs ago) going over Back crawls & buttwalks for lowerback integrity. I think the lifters liked them. Simple solutions always go over well in strength!

Been doing these daily to prepare. Banded good morning warm ups were a staple. After l herniated my L4-L5 in ‘09, l must consider lowerback sheer. By adding a band l can do these LB things worry free. RDL’s. Swings. Deads. Assblasters. The FatFormance band enhances any of these.

Sneak peek of my new product the Kick-Stand. The smirk on my face is knowing this thing is really cool…and simple to use. Think outside the rack!

Strength coaches…the Dick Hartzell lowerbody band protocol. Years ago you would see players warming up pregame doing this exact same thing. Appearances faded away, so did this effective practice. Until influencers high jacked the same stuff for likes & followers. It works Bo!

This is great for linemen. Static band holds. One min on full go and one minute rest. Three rounds. Knee integrity is pretty cool.

Ankle Sprain & linemen. This SEC center came to my place as soon as their night game ended. All week we worked on it like this. He was starting against Texas A&M the following Saturday.

What?? 45 Years ago they were lifting weights! They got big, strong & fast. Today?? Still arguing over split squats vs RDL’s l👀 To sprint or not to sprint. Dumb shit. But at least you got some attaboys on your big racks. 👏🏽

S&C coaches l came up w/ this drill back in 09 after l herniated my back. Ipsilateral movement! Inspired by Dick Hartzell. I can hit the QL w/out going through my limbs, a winner. I called them Buttwalks! I also came up with a Backcrawl. Both have been around in some form 4 yrs.

For those shoulders that made it through a lifetime of contact sports. Decades of lifting, this is for the arsenal. The Compass of Love. Bands are really aggressive. One min rounds.

This is Lowerback Protocol l put together in 2009 after l herniated L4-L5 doing deficit deads. Dick Hartzell showed me how to do banded inversions. Dr. Lee & l came up with these drills specifically for QL & psoas! 15yrs & it’s still catching on. You learn to fix yourself Bo!

This is Ryan Groneman. We call him ‘Groney’ He is a strength coach that is a living testimony of what he demands from his players. Played line at Boise St. His former players love him. Unlike the hype guys. Earn it! Do your own job first.

Jon Heck is a former Tarheel O-lineman (6’7 or 6’8”) listen to his FatBar explanation, it is spot on. Strength Coaches take a listen.
