Dr Rudresh Kuttikar, who was abused in GMC's casualty ward by health min Vishwajit Rane, has refused to accept an apology put out by Rane on social media.
"I was completely humiliated, I demand a public apology in the same place where the incident happened within 24 hrs," he said
