    This TikTok is at 1.7million views and a lot of angry, hateful comments. “I was only 2 minutes” “I was just picking up a food order” “I’m not parked” it’s NO STOPPING for a reason, to keep cyclist safe. The sign doesn’t indicate “no stopping except for 2 minutes” $150 x2 #bikeTO

    Me..doing my job. On my bike. Ticketing a car stopped, unoccupied on Avenue Rd #bikeTO . Driver returns.. “ you can’t do that I’m just picking up flowers for my wife !” me: actually, you can’t stop here. At all. This is a bike lane. *$200 ticket served* Holidays don’t exempt.

    This week we have had 8 bike patrol officers including myself strictly patrolling only bike lanes across the city, this is from Tuesday’s patrol. 2 x $200 tickets served on Wellesley E. Whether you’re In the vehicle or not, you cannot stop in a bike lane. #bikeTO

    Happy Friday! (Long week woo🥳 but last of summer😢) But not for these drivers who both got served a $150 ticket for blocking the Bloor East #bikeTO lane. There’s always a better/ legal option than putting cyclist at risk. Packages are not more important than safety. $150 x 2

    👀 my first cyber truck today in Toronto that also was illegally parked in the No Standing passenger loading zone on Bloor W…. So also ticketed my first cyber truck in Toronto. $120 ticket served. #CyberTruck #Toronto

    I am 👉 to the car in the #bikeTO as someone was crossing the street walking towards it.. I ask “is this your car?” 3x they ignored me… until I pulled my handheld out to start issuing the tag. Verbal abuse ensues... “You’re a weirdo” minus the cursing…. $200 drive away served

    Wellesley St. east #bikeTO enforcement today. A hot spot for offenders blocking #bikeTO. I saw hundreds of cyclist out today. ..Just because there is snow, doesn’t mean you can stop in a bike lane. $150 tag served.

    This driver may have thought by driving away they’d be driving away from the ticket but it will be sent in the mail…📬 $200 #bikeTO, as you can see in the video, 7 cyclist pass in less than 10 seconds.

    Some more #BikeTO enforcement from this week, Ft. PEO Hickey… we were riding/patrolling Wellesley St. E bike lane and served $150 fine to the @UPS_Canada truck. As PEO Hickey states and I have hundreds of times. Deliveries are not exempt from bike lanes, and no stopping areas.

    Happy new year! It’s 2020 & people are still eating their lunches and waiting in #bikeTO lanes. This driver was sitting in it, I pulled up behind. Rang my bike horn 3x...nothing. I wrote tag, served it. Driver was eating lunch, rolled his window down. “Really?” Yes. Really.. $150

    Happened to be at the right place at the right time to enforce not only the #bikeTO lane but help out this @TTChelps driver and I stuck around incase I had to call a tow truck. Fortunately the driver came back within a few mins. But with $150 tag on windshield.

    Bloor St W. At night last week. #BikeTO enforcement. Just after issuing this van a $200 ticket I’m met with not one but 2 cars…encroaching into the bike lane less than a block away. Ride safe out there friends.. Wellesley st W #BikeTO $200 served as well.

    No there was no active work being done here. My coworker and I watched the driver and passenger park in the Bay St. #bikeTO lane and walk into a restaurant for lunch. $150 tag served.
