📢 A family was torn apart while seeking medical care for their daughter with brain tumor. Now, they are stranded in Mexico, separated from their U.S. citizen children. This should never happen. 🖊 Sign the petition to reunite them: txcivilrights.org/reunite #EndFamilySeparation

🚨 ALERT: We have received multiple reports from voters who voted straight-ticket, then saw on a later screen that their votes were changed to that of the opposite party. You must check your ballot before casting to ensure it’s correct, and you can ask a poll worker for help.

WE WON! We sued Harris County for failing to open nine polling places on time. After we filed our lawsuit, the County Judge ruled that those nine polling places must stay open an extra hour, until 8pm. These sites were delayed in opening this morning or had technology issues.

Vilma, one of our first 5 clients separated from her child, finally has her 11-year-old son back after 58 days apart. They fled to the U.S. seeking asylum after Vilma’s husband was murdered, only to be separated. Now, together, they can seek asylum. #FamiliesBelongTogether

This is extremely troubling. If you are one of the voters in Arlington that left a polling place without having voted due to broken machines and a lack of paper ballots, please call us now at 866-OUR-VOTE!!

An Arlington, Texas voting location didn't have enough paper ballots: A voter tells CNN that the electronic voting machines were not working and she was told they did not have any ballots. "Once that info was shared, most of the people in line decided to leave."

Now we are standing outside the hotel with signs showing our legal hotline hoping the people inside- children and asylum seekers- can reach out to us for help. Some are holding small signs trying to communicate with us. #FreeThemAll
