Was in Japan in '03. A girl forgot her camera on a bench. Went back an hour later and it was gone. She started crying. A Japanese woman engaged us and she started laughing! She laughed b/c she knew where the camera was...she took us to the police station. Someone turned it in!

Just met a couple during my trip. Net worth $11MM, $9MM in investable assets (yes, they told this to me). Have a Northwestern Mutual rep. They currently spend $200k/yr on life insurance. Their rep is currently recommending a second-to-die policy with premiums of $400k/yr for 8

"What do you mean by better opportunity?" Have them spell it out for you and answer honestly. If they say, "It's the exact same job with a better commute and it pays double what we are paying." Then you say, "Would you jump at that?" and flip it on them again. Read them.
