Kpop Demon Hunters 5/10 Complete middle of the road for me. It leans more to obnoxious and amateur writing but I can see enough of an outline to a better, but still cliche, movie in here. A lot of its issues boil down to anything interesting about the concept of demon Hunters,-

I still can't believe Disney approved a story where the main characters are dressed up like Disney princesses while they condemn their friend for being in an interracial relationship with a black man who prefers white women.

Decided to search up the episode everyone was talking about and find out its worse than I thought. I thought it was just out of context and the episode would end with Zoey's friend apologizing and accepting the relationship, it doesn't. They double down and thats the lesson.

This won me over fast. There is more charm to this than just being crass. Expressive, funny, good chemistry between characters. Still raunchy of course but its not relying on that for all the entertainment.

What was the the thought process behind making an Indian Spider-Man for representation and then giving him the personality of a conceited pompous reddit moderator? Its like they intentionally made a Spider-Man with none of the traits that make Peter Parker likeable.
