- That band were a massive influence on pretty much all I have done socially & work wise from a teenager, up to this point. I met Rick over the years & I found him a really nice fella & good company. A real shock to hear the news yesterday. Travel well mate and thank you.
- Always loved the shape of this pub & its close proximity to the railway bridge. Had many a light ale in there in the Print days. Its immediate surroundings have changed a fair bit since this was taken, but delighted to say it's still there on the north side of Blackfriars Bridge
- I used to work in George's shop on Fridays. 'What's the 3 tunes tonight then son?.' It's his birthday today & I miss him terribly. Still very painful. So, please, if you fancy it, join me in raising a drink to him when you can this weekend. He was simply a one off.
- 'Mayfair Mods' lunch, Summer 2023. The conversation always starts with the shoes....
- Call me biased and I'll say guilty as charged, but I'll also say hats off to all the other old plums like me and you who backed this particular horse back in the middle ages. Hard to explain why exactly, but we knew, we simply knew... Genius and I don't use that word lightly.

- My mum and dad attended @MillwallFC from the early 1950s and both were season ticket holder pretty much to end of their lives. I was down there earlier today to see this finally revealed and I'll make sure I'll kiss it every time I'm down there. #family
