    Basketball fans - support juco basketball tomorrow and thru the year - no group has worked harder or cared more to make this season happen than juco coaches and their players - against great obstacles ! They love this game - don’t forget that !

    Belichick was the D coordinator on 3 Super Bowl teams - known for Defense- before he coached Brady. The first 3 Patriot super bowls were driven by the D and superior coaching / anyone denying this didn’t watch or is lying. 12 super bowls / only 1 poor defensive effort !

    I coach college basketball ! I don’t make millions ! My school doesn’t make millions off basketball ! We give full scholarships ! I refuse to feel like that’s a bad deal for the young men I coach ! I only hope that my players kids will still have that same opportunity!

    12 players from the 2019 National championship team have signed D1 scholarships ! Winning a national championship - graduating and getting your D1 scholarship - that’s how we do it with the VU Family !

    For all juco and D2 - NAIA coaches watch this and imagine going your coaching career and never knowing the joys of van - bus - car trips of over 6 hours multiple times a year - then imagine doing it once or twice in an entire career lol 😂. Love 3am truckstops in winter !

    My oldest - Mattie - seen in this photo graduating high school - is graduating from the university of Evansville today ! She is doing so with a 4.0 GPA as well - yes I am bragging but I felt compelled to do so ! Very proud of her - Love Ya Mattie Lynn !

    Let me get this straight - a tobacco company can sell a product and not get sued because they put a surgeon generals warning on the product but a college athlete can’t play if they want to even if they acknowledge the risk and agree to it ?

    Gonzaga - Baylor - the top 2 teams in the country have a combined 1 top 25 recruit on their roster ! The rest of the top 10 is pretty thin on McDonald’s ! You want to win go out use your eyes and look for guys and evaluate from other avenues like JUCO ! Old - Hungry is in !

    I don’t want to get controversial- but as we see college athletic programs closing around the country for health reasons - I would like to know has anyone been asking these adult athletes and teachers whose lives are going to be tremendously affected how they feel about it !
