It’s an honor and privilege to get to coach the great young men over the last 18 years at Thomas Dale. Now more than ever I must use my voice to speak up. Silence is no longer an option. I always tell my players Actions speak louder than words!

- Good evening everyone. Our prayers are working. Good news Our Knight came off all oxygen today around 4pm…. just have to have a good night with no oxygen and hopefully he will be home late tomorrow or Thursday. #PFTWC.
- Update on our Knight with Covid: He is much better. He had a good night. He is Off the breathing machine and just on oxygen but, he is still in ICU. He says he ready to eat so that's a good sign. Thank you everyone for checking on him.Our prayers are working. Keep them coming
- Year 20 loading, 13 as the HC. (25 years total counting playing days 😂) Thomas Dale is truly my home away from home and I have loved watching my kids grow up on these sidelines. Lil Kev up next. Enjoying every last minute of it. #PFTWC.

- Last night marked Year 22 as a coach at TD, the last 13 as the HC. Last night I was blessed to capture win number 100. So many athletes have made it possible to get to 100. Thank you to all my knights and these 5 young men have started for me the last 4 years. #PFTWC @jr_seaborne

- Knight families Please joint me in congratulating #37 Mckenzie Scherra class of 22’ in her joint the ODU football program. She will work in the office of football operations and recruiting. She is very excited as am I. Mckenzie is a rising star in the football world. #PFTWC
