- We are shocked and saddened to report some of our volunteer crew were verbally assaulted due to their role when reporting for duty tonight. This behaviour will not be tolerated. Thank you @metpoliceuk for your support.

- Wow what a photo by Alex Tai we was on a call yesterday morning and had just come through the fog sitting behind Tower Bridge you can see us on the left passing the Tower of London, look at Canary Wharf just peering above the fog bank, @RNLI photo credit Alex Tai
- A man in imminent danger of drowning was plucked from the River Thames by @TowerRNLI seconds after going below the surface of the water. Crews from @MPSonthewater and @LondonPortAuth on scene also giving assistance, the man was passed into the care of @Ldn_Ambulance #LifeSaved

- Whilst having breakfast today, one of the crew noticed a bird drowning by the station. We launched and rescued this little dude. After some local rehabilitation, it dried off and flu away back to its family.
