    OK. The person sitting next to me on the plane said I was creating “public fear” by wearing a mask. After I explained, he said there was no such thing as #longCOVID I didn’t have the energy to debate so I said, “Please stop talking”. Any other ideas about how to deal? 🤷‍♀️

    A gentle word of warning if you’re going to the Gold Coast for a holiday. There’s a strong anti-vax and anti-mask attitude in some of the southern parts. People outright laughed at me for wearing a mask while getting takeaway coffees in some of the cafes. 😱

    Anyone saying I'm a 'virtue signaller' for wearing a mask can fuck right off. They save lives. As someone living with #longCOVID mask-wearing is a necessity. PS: Feel free to comment/troll/do your thing. I'll just mute you so it's a pointless expenditure of energy. 🤣

    OK, so a friend just called NSW Health and asked how she could report her positive RAT test in the near future. The guy on the phone said, “You don’t need to report it any more”. 😱

    Full disclosure: I'm cranky today after another round of medical tests. One doctor said she couldn't find my pulse because it was so weak. Blood oxygen dropped through the floor. Grateful for our wonderful hospital system but frustrated with the lack of urgency around #LongCOVID.

    Currently in a taxi with a driver who point blank refuses to wear a mask, even after I explained to him that I’m immunocompromised. Further refuses to wind down windows. What is wrong with people? #LongCOVID
