    A job from yesterday. Joint operation led to a stop on this vehicle on the #M6 near to junction 1. The driver was found with this in a holdall. Roughly £500k in cash. All proceeds of criminal activity. we may have upset some criminals this Christmas #DenyCriminalsUseOfTheRoads

    Here’s a near miss from yesterday that’s a good reminder of the importance of lane discipline, signalling & looking for other road users before you change lanes/direction. The driver was stopped & dealt with appropriately. #ThinkBike

    We stopped this nice Audi because the front number plate wasn’t displayed correctly & was in the windscreen instead. It then turned out the driver wasn’t insured & he was drunk so the car was seized & he was arrested. #Doh 🤦‍♂️

    This is the moment last night when tactical contact was made to protect the public after the stolen BMW being pursued by us drove onto the wrong side of a dual carriageway. All three occupants were arrested. Log - 85 of 14/8/19 - (Video skipping on previous one so reposted)

    Sometimes you may see us sat down having a drink, & wonder why we aren’t “working”. This is exactly why. during our 12 hour shifts we need a drink, we need a break, and having them out in the community let’s us to get places quicker. Thank you @McDonaldsUK for the coffee

    For all those commenting on our earlier post saying “Why don’t you catch some robbers” etc etc. The team doing the speed check this morning just stopped this car in #Stechford recently involved in a robbery . All 3 occupants now in custody for ROBBERY #DenyCriminalsUseOfTheRoads

    Once upon a time (well last night) there was a silly chap driving around in a car with drugs hidden in his underpants 🤢 He failed to stop for us, took himself into a dead end & then tried to ram his way to freedom - he failed & was arrested, the end. #DontDoDrugsKids

    This vehicle decided to drive at 130mph down the M6 tonight and undertake repeatedly, unfortunately for him 3 of the cars he overtook were unmarked vehicles from #ANPRInterceptors and #RoadCrimeTeam. Driver dealt with for dangerous driving and will be walking home.

    The driver if this vehicle thought it was okay to park with his hazard lights on across double yellow lines directly outside a hair dressers whilst he went in for a cut. We disagreed so he got a ticket for obstruction & his illegal registration plate. #ExpensiveHairCut

    #RoadCrimeTeam officers stopped the driver of this van after he was responsible for a distraction theft of thousands of £’s from a vulnerable elderly person in Wolverhampton. He was arrested and we recovered the stolen money. @wolvespolice
