    Your coach... DIDN’T make you sleep in. DIDN’T make you skip reps. DIDN’T make you go half speed. DIDN’T make you have a bad attitude. DIDN’T set your priorities, But it’s IRONIC how many kids get mad at their coach when they don’t perform and then they don’t play!

    ATHLETES: CORRECTION is NOT punishment! Correction is an advancement and growth tool! IT’S OK TO BE CORRECTED! Someone cares about you enough to let you know when it’s not right! Be appreciative, don’t fight it! Grasp the fact that NONE of us are perfect and accept help!

    Weight-room ➡️ Difficult Good Grades ➡️ Difficult Extra Work ➡️ Difficult Practice Energy ➡️ Difficult Selfless Teammate ➡️ Difficult Nutrition Execution ➡️ Difficult Saying NO as a Teenager ➡️ DIFFICULT Being different is DIFFICULT, but AVERAGE actions produces AVERAGE results!

    PLAYERS WITH ELIGIBILITY: You’re all saying “I MISS SPORTS” but.. One group is saying it from the couch with very little intent, the other group is saying it while they are getting bigger, faster, stronger and maximizing reps WHILE NO ONE IS LOOKING! Time will call you out.

    Coaches you’ll be criticized for... -Playing them. -Not playing them. -Making moves -Not making moves -Pulling them -Not pulling them -Disciplining them -Not Discipling them At the end of the day, you’ll be critiqued, but DID YOU DO WHAT’S RIGHT FOR YOUR TEAM AND YOUR PROGRAM?
