    Here is this week's #COTW! Woman in her 20’s had painful lesion on her finger, present for several years. Reported pain on touching the lesion or when she did not wear gloves in the cold. Exam revealed 0.5 cm red-blue nodule on distal aspect of first finger. What's your guess?
