This summary outlines how digital transformation can accelerate Libya profiteers towards improving human development in its key dimensions of health, education and standard of living.
The summary also provides key recommendation for how to better manage digital transformation to ensure that it serves all people and leaves no one behind. @UNDP is committed to work with GIA and broader stakeholders toward the launch of the full report in the next few months.
