BRIEF GUIDE TO THIS TWITTER ACCOUNT

This is a guide dedicated to my account which is dedicated to guides and also dedicated to my accounts.
I like meta and symmetry (and symmetry about meta).
things that have an outsized QOL effect:
- tidy room (x100)
- easy-to-grab healthy food
- exercise
- 72โ tv screen
- leaving the house
- non-dissociated physical contact
it turns out
there are centres in the body that correspond weirdly reliably to certain psychological states
and when things go wrong, u see muscular pulling inwards towards these centres

there must be a ton of normal people you can find in like dance halls and at sports games who have never done introspection yet who have totally functional and probably pretty interesting phenomenology, who aren't obsessed with finding peace b/c they're just boppin along
am i insane or is there a deep misconception in the idea of finding a relationship through apps for finding relationships
the way attraction is billed to work: you have a list of criteria
the way attraction actually works: for some reason you click someone and have no idea why
turns out
itโs possible to read emotions of someone in a high amount of detail (including associated imagery)
and what theyโre aware of
and what their physical intentions are (like where theyโre thinking of moving)
by sensing their body
rationalists don't get woo because they don't goddamn try the exercises (woo is basically a series of exercises u do w/ your body) b/c they have a blindspot around their body, they're not used to checking there, and they can't imagine there's any relevant information there
normally I try to keep deep personal stuff off the internet
but this was such a big blindspot that I want to share in case it helps anyone else

for the last year and a half, I have been asking myself the question:
why do I shy away from feeling love?
