- i told my mum that i needed a green dress for work. she gave me one and said “don’t ruin it, it’s special.” i was about to leave for work but hear my dad shout “WHERE’D YOU GET THAT?” he then says “that’s the same dress that your mum wore when i met her for the first time.” 🥺
- i’m at my brother’s wedding and he full on turns to me after the ceremony, looks at his wife and goes: “i beg that you aim your bouquet at her (me). she’s never getting married otherwise.” 💀
- “you can’t love someone if you can’t love yourself.” it used to be a sentiment i agreed with, but as i’ve experienced more and more of life, i’ve found little holes and gaps in that statement.
