This is Mahmoud Mahdi Afana. He's famous in Gaza for calling his father from a phone he stole from a woman murdered in Kibbutz Meflasim and boasting he had murdered ten Jews with his own hands. His father wept with joy. Today Afana was blown to smithereens along with his brother.
