    Victoria is rolling out naloxone dispensing machines. They offer free, 24/7 access to medication that can reverse an opioid overdose. 20 machines will roll out across metro and regional areas where they’re needed most. Find out more: go.vic.gov.au/4fLPKsE

    Poisonous mushrooms including the death cap and yellow-staining mushrooms, are starting to appear in Victoria, as the weather becomes wetter and cooler. Cooking, peeling or drying these mushrooms does not remove or inactivate the poison. 1/4🧵

    There is no home test available to distinguish safe and edible mushrooms from poisonous mushrooms. Mushrooms purchased from a supermarket, greengrocer or other reputable source are safe to eat. 3/4🧵
