Please do not use the argument that colleges cancelled entire seasons and say high schools should follow the same route. Colleges have many more challenges to offer sports safely than high schools do. Kids need sports in some fashion - we can work together to do it safely.

- We should consider a new rule - all MIAA tournament events should be live streamed - pay per view is fine but when teams are playing 2 hours away family, friends and classmates should be able to watch online.
- When this whole ordeal ends, and it will end, the next time you catch yourself saying “i HAVE to go to practice” replace it with “I GET to go to practice.” This is all a great lesson for us to appreciate what we have, where we are and who we are with.
- Look who had her last chemo treatment today!! Mrs. Consolini is an inspiration to all of us - what a fighter!!
- Panther nation we need your prayers for class of 22’s Mason Giove💛 #masonstrong Mason has been in surgery since 8am but so far he has remained stable during surgery. Please keep the prayers coming for this incredibly courageous young man.
- My heart is broken for one of my all time favorite students and athletes Joey McStravick who lost his dad today....wish we could all go give him a hug but I know Panther Nation joins me in sending thoughts and prayers to his brother and mom.
- There is so much about this post that I love....first it demonstrates how important high school athletics are, second that people do notice and recognize outstanding sportsmanship and finally how lucky we are to have people like this officiating high school sports.
- State champions !!! WH wins 3-1
- I’ve had the privilege of coaching many great captains and leaders but Ryan Vallancourt is truly special. Many of you know his story but he is so much more than a cancer survivor. He is a caring, thoughtful, hardworking young man who dedicated his heart and soul to our team.
- So last night after the game this was senior Anthony Lebonte (who helps in the press box with PA and scoreboard video). No one asked him to do it, he just did - cleaning the bleachers after the game. That’s leadership and character. @DrCSJones
- The gymnasium was still vibrating with the echoes of our epic triple-overtime playoff victory against Duxbury. Amid the celebration and exhaustion, a single moment would define the night more powerfully than any final score. Emily Keller, daughter of Duxbury Coach Brian Keller
- A huge thank you to the citizens of Hanson who also overwhelmingly passed the amendment to the regional agreement and the budget which gives our school a budget and restores the 40 positions which were cut and brings back freshmen sports!!
- To my Panther family, many of you have reached out to me today after learning about my mother’s passing yesterday. Your support has meant a great deal to me during the most heartbreaking days of my life. My family was lucky to be by her side as she made her way to heaven.
- Congrats to 2022 boys basketball captain/mvp and cancer survivor Ryan Vallancourt for running his 1st marathon today raising $12,050 for Dana Farber Cancer Center. Thank you to everyone who supported this incredible young man and important cause. His time was 4:28!
