- The Spurs Up Show is the biggest embarrassment in University of South Carolina media history. In no way, shape, or form does the podcast represent the state flagship university, hardworking student-athletes, fans, or great Capital City of Columbia. He is not a Gamecock.
- Gamecocks fans, and all college football fans, want everything 'now,' but it's not that simple. Give HC Shane Beamer time and patience, he's dedicated and building something special at SC. Remember how many 6, 7, 8 win seasons Spurrier went through to reach 3x 11-2? Exactly.
