- Replying to @SteveSayersOneWhy yes, of course. ‘Just say no’ has been UK drug policy for over 50 years, which may have worked for 2/3 of young people. What happens to the 1/3 of young people, however, who don’t listen & who try drugs? Do we just let them overdose & die? That’s the target of harm reduction.
