    I started thinking more about dynamic stretch thanks to @_rachelbalkovec @slugfest2019 . I came up with this routine with thoughts from @Will_Lucas3 @jaegersports @CoachSheets3 . This was yesterday’s practice before the first game of the year. Barefoot training is the way to go!

    Awesome watching @coachdrives working with his catchers. Working on being underneath the baseball is crucial to becoming a good receiver. It takes countless reps to learn the movement with many other aspects going into it. #stdrills #phillies #catchingdrills

    I participated in the 2016 Pecos league “HR Derby” at Santa Fe. Was told we had to provide our own balls and so I used my own personal bucket of balls. I made it to the semi-finals and hit 14 HR’s.
