Umpire should be fired after the game and never allowed to umpire another college baseball game. Absolutely no place in a championship game to have that type of reaction from an umpire.

- Do not be negative on twitter tonight about these Gamecock players. They are out manned but these kids are playing for the name on the front of the jersey & the school they represent. Right now unfortunately, it just is what it is but no need to be negative.
- Shane Beamer and South Carolina land the number one ranked OT in the nation in Kam Pringle from Woodland H.S. in SC. Calling him a "massive pickup" is understated, 6'7/330 is more than massive. Gamecocks off to a huge start in the 2024 class.
- South Carolina athletics has won MULTIPLE National Championships in baseball and women's basketball in the last 12 years. Tell me Shane Beamer and Lamont Paris can’t do it. Everything they need … is here!
- Per ESPN CFB Live ... South Carolina & UGA have met 5 times at Williams Brice with both teams ranked.... USC is 5-0. That seems like a crazy stat.
- What a 7 days for Gamecock athletics... beat Clemson in basketball Jordan Burch commits to Will Muschamp Frank Martin’s team picks up a Top Ten road win vs UVA. Should make for a pretty happy fanbase!
- I know it’s Charleston Southern ... I know this doesn’t mean much ... I know Alabama is a little tougher ... And I know last week was awful ... I also know, it’s been a long, long time since I’ve seen a Gamecock team dominate any opponent of any type in the 1st half like this.
- Serious tweet … It was 35-31 and I GUARANTEE… the rest of the nation thought Tennessee would pull this out … South Carolina just scored 28 unanswered. Let that puppy sink in for a minute.
- Interesting observation since last night. Former Gamecock Players under Spurrier are vocal that there should be higher expectations for the Gamecock program. Players under Muschamp seem to think wins 6-7 wins are the right expectation based on tweets/retweets I’ve seen

- Call me crazy, call me inebriated.... but today is the day that changed Will Muschamp’s tenure at SC.... Why??? Because Mike Bobo is a good OC and knows what he is doing. Muschamp found his match and this team is solid moving forward.
- Mike Shula’s play sheet seems abnormally large to only have 3 plays listed on it.
- Lot of people wanted to let Frank Martin go because they thought South Carolina could do better. 5 winning seasons in the last 7 in the SEC, 6 out of the last 7 seasons of 500 or above. There might be some hard times ahead for Gamecock basketball fans
