It may blow your mind how fast the Metro Subway is. State Center -> Lexington Market -> Charles Center -> Shot Tower is only 5 minutes.
It’s a 12-17 min drive if you go now-ish at 6:15 pm on a Tuesday.

A bit embarrassed to say that it took me this long but I rode the @mtamaryland metro today for first time. Was extremely impressed with the cleanliness of the trains & stations, and felt completely safe the whole time. Getting from far NW to downtown in < 20 mins was awesome too
