    The ONLY 100% trustworthy channel for @XamanWallet support is our in-app support, which can be found in the "Xaman Support" xApp. Forms on social media? Scams. DM's by so-called Xaman Support? Scams. Stay vigilant. Xaman offers in-app support. Use it.

    Strategy (in-app support) paying off 💪 Need support? Don't trust forms. Don't trust links. Don't trust DM's. We offer *in app support*. Don't talk to scammers. Talk to the the real team. Just open Xumm & look for the "Xumm Support" xApp (or go to Settings & tap Support).

    There seems to be an issue with submitting transactions to the XRPL with the following message: "Cannot queue at this time. Queue full" we are aware and the best engineers are working on it to fix it ASAP. For now please be patient and wait until it's fixed.

    Thanks to the awesome help of our users identifying a couple of issues, we are now working full speed on another XUMM release containing some fixes. Most of the fixes are related to accounts with *a lot* of TrustLines (or issuing tokens on the XRP Ledger). 🧵 FYI, please read:

    ⚠️🚨 Scammers are currently sending emails claiming to be Ripple; "Distributing 500M XRP amongst XPRL holders" They then try to lure you to a site that looks like ripple dot com, but it isn't (mind the `i`). There's a full Sign in with Xumm/Ledger/Trezor/.. on that site (1/3)

    Update: the XRP Ledger still doesn't accept transactions with normal, or even slightly escalated fees. Please note this affects XUMM and almost all other XRPL clients (Ledger, etc. etc.) and exchanges. We just published cause & what's being done: status.xrpl-labs.com

    A couple of last minute additions to our XUMM 2.2.3 release notes: - All Trust Lines (> 200) now show - Event List auto-updates (live) after receiving on ledger transactions - If a transaction fails (e.g. insufficient reserve) a description will now explain what happened and why.

    We are getting reports from Samsung + @XummWallet users, specifically: Samsung Galaxy S21 users. The Samsung operating system update pushed on Oct. 12 by Samsung damages the @XummWallet secure data store. This results in Xumm not opening again. Check if you have your secret

    Support will soon be available in-app, using the soon to be released @XummWallet Support xApp. With Support available in XUMM you can always be certain you're talking to the right people. After a transition phase we will stop providing DM / email / ticket form support.

    As if XRP Ledger fee escalation (and a bug preventing the fee escalation & transaction queue to be resolved) weren't enough, there's another bug, causing Full History nodes to "choke" and restart themselves at times. That just happened again. Incident:
