    We just finished oral arguments at the Supreme Court to defend the entire Affordable Care Act. The ACA saves lives. It is the law of the land. It is legal. We are confident the Supreme Court will agree. #ProtectOurCare #ACA

    As Secretary of Health and Human Services, I empowered scientists to ensure vaccines were safe for Americans. RFK Jr. just fired those same scientists. His anti-vaccine stance is unbecoming of the office he holds.

    I worked alongside the three leading scientists at the CDC who resigned tonight. They were essential public health leaders who helped our country get out of the pandemic. Politicians don’t do science well. It is dangerous to put politics over public health. People will die.
