Monolith Soft has a very good reputation in Japan for how it treats its workers. Contrary to how many other game companies are run, Monolith makes it a priority to give all of its workers reasonable hours. "Zero overtime and creative work allowed" is the company's motto!

I like Xenoblade X enjoyers because they really, really do love the game. Like, it's just such a genuine thing. And they almost always admit the story is ass but they truly love the gameplay that much.
