When college coaches visit our school, I always make it a point to tell them about other studs in our area. I take care of my kids first, but then share all of the kids they should be recruiting at our opposing schools. I want everyone to eat!

Our QB led the state in passing yards this season. We had a game where we snapped the ball 42 times on offense and we were lined up in Quads Right in all 42 of them. We scored 42 points and passed for 400+ yards. It's okay to be creative and do things your own way. #QuadsBase

Something for aspiring Head Coach's to remember: As a Head Coach, you'll have lots of suggestions from others but you are the only one to make the final call and your decision won't please everyone. Leadership can be lonely and that's okay.

Coaches, If you have a player for 4 years and they live to be 80 years old, that's 5% of their life. In that 5% you have the opportunity to teach habits, skills, and life lessons that will serve them the next 60 years of their lives. In short, everything you do matters.
