11/18 The Key Obstacle: A bogus “nature reserve” designation given to this parcel - which is almost entirely pavement, and used to be an airstrip for the Navy. This can, and must, be overturned via the national security ESA 7(j) exemption, thereby instantly establishing the zone.

7/18 Here are some reg advantages the zone will offer: - Environmental reviews in 3-6 mos, versus 2+ years. - Designated areas for rapid, continuous autonomous robotics testing, instead of 6+ month approvals. - SMR approvals in under a year, versus 6+ years.
