    bring back forums for people with thoughts (however dull or annoying) and fan clubs for the nutters. this may "do a bodyslam" on the practice of people discussing professional wrestling on social media, where these groups feel the need to hopelessly interact with each other

    Big E breaking his neck and immediately posting a video because he doesn't want people to worry about him lines up with everything I've ever heard about the man. On the very short list of people in wrestling you never hear a bad word about.

    It's worth noting that NJPW production gets incredible shots like this all the time with the wrestlers working for the crowd rather than for the cameras. It can be done!

    An AEW wrestler selling a superkick for -1 is a lot like Triple H selling a punch for Connor The Crusher. You've got to be a pretty big piece of shit to get worked up over something like that.

    If you watched ECW in real time and then watched WWE's version of ECW, I think you have a pretty good idea of what to expect from Vince's version of NXT.

    When you wrestle someone who has been a huge star for 25 years, they almost always want you to wrestle their match. Chris Jericho went out and had an Eddie Kingston match, and it fucking ruled.

    It's funny that people who consider themselves "old school wrestling fans" hate on Orange Cassidy so much, because he couldn't possibly be more old school. He makes everything count, works to his character, and just tore the roof off the building with a body slam...in 2022.

    If you're only familiar with post "Crow" Sting, you might not fully understand what an absolute machine he was. Dude was pressing heavyweights over his head and then doing a ring-to-ring crossbody in the same match. Sting fit 80s/90s body requirements, but he could MOVE too.

    It blows my mind that AEW bought the rights to Ol' 55 for the Brodie tribute. Companies with lots of money always do what's good for business. That's how you end up with lots of money. It's refreshing to see a company with lots of money set that aside and just do something good.
