Why do non-league clubs post: "New signing! We'll announce at __o'clock". Rather than just announcing the signing? Is there any actual reason or benefit?- This is part of the issue with many youngsters. Zero game time is not a terrible thing. Adversity develops character. The player ahead of you is currently better. It's YOUR job to knuckle down. Develop the character and quality to displace him.....THIS HAD ME ๐คฃ๐คฃ๐คฃ When you come to watch your boy play and he gets 0 mins! #nonleague #grassrootsfootball
00:00 - A busy couple of days but now the dust has settled I wanted to say thanks to all who've called, text or sent me a DM with congratulations & offers of support & help. Means a lot. Now the work begins with @CannonsWoodFC. Let's see where we can take things.
- Club officials, manager/coach or players in non league football - until you're free of errors yourself, stop calling out officials on here. Noone steps out to intentionally mistakes, but we all make them. No need to publicly call them out. It's unnecessary & classless.
- I've taken the difficult decision of stepping away from my role at @BasUtdFC Those who know me, know my passion for the game, desire to win and passion developing players. I'm a give all or give nothing guy....
- Replying to @GarethCleverly and @afrikanbarsLove the interpreter doing it with the same anger and enthusiasm ๐
- What Kiers has been found guilty of is abhorent. He deserves whatever sentence they choose to deliver. I'm baffled by the number of tweets from non-league folk and clubs which don't name him. Why? What's that all about?
- DAY 1: And so the coaching journey and education continues! โฝ. Good to get started on this finally and met some great people.
- Turn up to training as if itโs your last session. Play each game as if itโs going to be your last one. Because one day it will be, and you may not know it at the time. Donโt take it for granted. Make the most of it.
- Good luck to all staff and players for the upcoming season. In the heat of all the ups and downs, don't forget to enjoy it too.
- To all the players & coaches I have worked with this season at @ClaretsReserves @AcademyClarets @OfficialClarets, and also the coaches and players I've met along the way. It's been an enjoyable one.Enjoy the break. Then let's go back to work again for preseason๐๐ป #FootballFamily
- UEFA B block 3 โ A really enjoyable and productive couple of days. Some really good info and feedback between the group and tutors on each others sessions and delivery. #AlwaysLearning
