I’m very comfortable with confrontation because I know how it pays off.
Because no matter how hard you try to save face and sweep things under the rug, eventually it explodes. Always. And it's so much worse.
You really have to define success for yourself in this life. Otherwise you’ll make purchases, choose aesthetics, careers, partners and put pressure on yourself in a way that leaves you even more unfulfilled
