- Jean-Philippe Mateta has been discharged from St George’s Hospital where he had 25 stitches to a severe laceration to his left ear. Michael Oliver needed VAR to think it was a red card. He has to be demoted. The media driven praise of him has to stop. He’s beyond incompetent.
- Listen to the commentary. You’d be forgiven for thinking a player who put it in the top bin with a first time strike would be getting the praise, but no… it’s the one who played a five yard, bobbling pass. Absolutely mind blowing.
- Declan Rice showed today why he’s one of the very best. From his goal saving tackle on Murphy to his assist for Mikel Merino, this is up there with his best for #Arsenal. He managed all phases of the game, and when he moved forward, he pushed everyone with him. World class.
