    On Monday (20 July), Groote Schuur Hospital (GSH) celebrated with Zuliswa Maqana on her discharge from the hospital after being in hospital for 77 days. ๐Ÿฅ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ She was one of the longest hospitalised COVID-19 patients in the WC. Read her full story here: facebook.com/58456604868487โ€ฆ

    I received a positive test result for Covid-19 this morning,& I am in self-isolation at home for 14 days. On Sunday, I started to develop mild flu-like symptoms. As I am Diabetic (type 2)& over 55 years of age, I know I am at a higher risk of developing a more serious illness.

    If the Russian leader sets foot in the Western Cape we as the provincial government will have him arrested by our own @WesternCapeGov funded Law Enforcement Advancement Plan (LEAP) officers. If the South African Police Service is not instructed to act, we will.

    I'm dismayed at the termination of Andre de Ruyter as Eskomโ€™s Group Chief Executive. It is clear Mr. de Ruyter was forced out because of his courage in speaking out about the endemic corruption that's been plaguing Eskom for decades under the ANC government.
