AI will replace all software engineers. If you are doing web dev, your career is already over. You just don't know it. Doing DSA is no longer needed. MERN is also gone. Make sure you all do only ML stuff and the next fad on horizon. Be always reading new things and don't code

Morons report 4 years of RSUs as CTC. If you really want to do that, use LPA or "over 4 years". Be clear. E.g Atlassian DOES NOT pay 84 LPA to a fresher. They pay 24LPA + (60 / 4)L per year for next 4 years = 39LPA. GREAT for a fresher. But not what it sounded like earlier.

(Indian) Companies: "You CANNOT disclose your salary to others. It's confidential & you have signed an NDA. Now, submit your past salary slips as pre-offer docs, so we can low-ball you based on it". So, your confidentiality matters, but the previous company's is inconsequential?

Just because you worked hard once in your life, doesn’t mean it will be enough for all the new things to come. Consistency is more important than the one intensity. What you’ve gained in past, can be easily lost in future, especially if you don’t put in the effort to keep it.
