- Taxable income just Rs 100 above Rs 50L? Rs 70 will be the surcharge. People having Rs 50-60L income are hurt the most due to surcharge - not so much the higher income groups. The tax system is unfair & deserves attention. Link: shorturl.at/GbbqX @IncomeTaxIndia @ActusDei
- EPS contribution not required if your basic pay is > 15K & you joined employment after 1st Sep'14. Some employers are still deducting it. You'll lose this money if you don't get it rectified.
