This morning the Deputy Commissioner handed down the penalty and predictably chose to dismiss me from the @WA_Police for not getting the jab in December 2021. He read a 3-4 page summary of his reasons for the decision even referring to my good conduct throughout my 15 year

The narrative around the effectiveness of the covid jabs is in tatters and the virus itself appears to only exist in ambiguous testing results with deaths occurring usually in the elderly or those with other serious comordities.

Just met the @WA_Police Deputy Commissioner again, where he handed down the predictable guilty verdict for my not getting the jab. The penalty (dismissal) will occur in a week or two. The poster displays the “values” of the @WA_Police. Outside the same room where we attended for

I’m with 5 of my colleagues this morning in Perth CBD, one by one they’re being led into a meeting to be notified of there penalty for refusing the jab 2 1/2 years ago. 2 have been told they’re being dismissed already.

It took the @WA_Police 388 pages to explain that I didn't get the jab in Dec 2021. I'm sure my upcoming disciplinary hearing/examination will be impartial and fair, and if they decide I’m a naughty Senior Constable, the penalty will be proportionate, unlike my colleagues who are

Today is my 2 year anniversary of being stood down for not getting jabbed 💉 A few of us remain on the payroll yet are not back at work despite the mandates being dropped in June 2022. We patiently wait for the WA Court of Appeal to consider its decision about the jab mandates.

Unfortunately both appeals were dismissed. The purpose of this litigation was to discover the rights WA employees have over their own bodies in the workplace. The government and judiciary have formed a perspective on that, and we the people need to reflect on where that leaves

One of my colleagues had a commissioned officer appointed to attend as his “support person”. That person was unable to attend as had come down with Covid 🙄 This actually happened……

5 of my police colleagues were also given their penalties today raising recently sacked unjabbed cops to 11 with just 1 to go (me). The overall total of @WA_Police officers and staff who were sacked or resigned prior to dismissal for not getting jabbed sits around 35-40.
