- Argentina were Rugby World Cup semi-finalists in 2023. Argentina beat every opponent in last year’s Rugby Championship for the first time. Argentina beat the British & Irish Lions. Now, the All Blacks again. They are strong. Many other dominos will fall!
- The Springboks have finally done it outside of a RWC. A decent 11-2 season and a full-sized Rugby Championship title. Undefeated Europe tour. 2024 has been a good year for the Boks.
- This is the best of all South Africa’s World Cups. I said it before and it stands. It is a great World Cup win. It was a tough run, went four from five against credible teams. Three knock out wins by one point. Got a red card in the final. Beautiful.
- Aaron Smith 200 IQ rugby play. Under extreme pressure from Tom Curry, flicks the ball at the ref between the legs behind him, automatic scrum feed. Curry left a bit perplexed.🤣
00:00 - Ireland didn’t choke. They performed well and ran out of gas. They were an inch away from going ahead 29-24 in the dying minutes. Cannot say they choked. Everyone knew it was going to be a close game. Will be no different in France-South Africa.
- All Blacks have well and truly been blown off the park in the second 40 by the Boks. South Africa have played exceptionally well. Lineout and backfield capitulation for ABs. Overplayed and outplayed completely!
- Congratulations to the Boks for winning the Qatar Airways Practice Match Cup! May the celebrations extend well into the early hours for this one. Well deserved!
- All Blacks threw everything at it, showed incredible guts with 14 men. Springboks equally matched that in defence. South Africa deserved winners on the night to hold on by a point. At the end of the day discipline counts for everything. No excuses for the ABs.
- Adidas has made an Antoine Dupont statue to display the new kit.

- Ireland have won 3 of the last 4 against South Africa since 2022, including at the Rugby World Cup and now on South African soil while missing five starters against the first choice Bok team. There really is no debate. They own you.
