Hi there 👋
Man oh man, Seedance 2.0 has the same feel to me as Midjourney - it's a creative sandbox.
A few simple prompts opens endless options for world building - below are the prompts I've found work like a charm 🤌🧵
I created a million-dollar Pixar-quality short in just 8 days using AI.
Workflow: nano banana + midjourney + seedance + kling 2.5 + Suno + Elevenlabs
I also tested Sora 2…and the results were surprising (see below)
Excited to finally share this!

The AI animation space is on fire. I made this in an hour.
Nano banana has supercharged character and scene consistency.
This was created using a single image - the start frame.
Props to @framer_x for introducing me to Seedance. It's the current front runner for motion.
I created a million-dollar Pixar-quality short in 8 days using AI in collab with Wistia: Lenny’s Big Delivery
4M+ views later, we got a lot of love and a LOT of hate
So we broke down the workflows, prompts, and why AI filmmaking triggers so many people x.com/crlvideo/statu…
Bob actually posting on X is outrageous. You’d think it would deflate the folkloric bigness of him and pulls him down here with the heathens, yet instead it’s maddeningly fascinating
Grok is a sleeping giant for AI animation
Tested the collage hack from @framer_x - upload one image of your characters + environment + a prompt
The results are MIGHTY impressive
Also ran the same prompts in Veo 3.1 and the differences are surprising

Think AI animation is “easy”? Think again
It’s story, design, illustration, animation - the full grind. Real artistry powered by tech
AI’s not the shortcut, it’s the secret weapon. Master it and you’re unstoppable

As a parent of two small kiddos I had to carve out late-night hours to create my first ever AI short film...
I broke every rule: no script, no storyboard, just a riff.
'Quarter Notes' is a New Orleans jazz-filled love letter to collaboration.
Here’s how I pulled it off:
AI animation is revolutionary
It gives independent creators tools that once required studios - lowering the barrier between imagination and screen
After two decades in animation, this feels like a moment
A wave has started. Those who ride it will shape the stories of tomorrow
So I just tried the Grok Imagine update and...yeah, Grok is winning hard.
This is a sequence from my hand-drawn animated film, now re-imagined with Grok. I always wanted to make these type of scenes, but couldn't because of manpower. Now, with Grok, I can.
And finally - here’s the original Wistia ad with our pal Lenny
What started as a shot-for-shot AI recreation evolved into a full short of its own
Reinterpreting past content with these tools feels like a huge opportunity moving forward.
More soon!
Well…this made quite the splash - 4M views in 72 hours 🤯
Love it or hate it, one thing’s very clear:
AI art is having a cultural moment.
See for yourself - here’s the Pixar-style short, the workflow breakdown, and my custom GPT to help you craft your own.

I teamed up with my favorite folks at Wistia to tackle a fun challenge: use AI to recreate one of their classic ads starring their lovable mascot, Lenny.
It started as a shot-for-shot recreation…but soon took on a life of its own.
With the launch of Sora 2 I had to know how it would fair against the tools I used to create this - Seedance / Kling.
to be honest - I was incredibly hopeful that it was going to be a serious level up....buuuuut
The first is Kling and the second is Sora 2 - both using the same
