Seeing a lot of comments that our Winthrop University players aren’t students at all, or are taking 1 class, etc. Feel like this needs to be clarified. All 5 of the Winthrop players are full-time students living on campus. The school supports the players competitive goals fully

Working with the @T1 Valorant guys has been an absolute pleasure this season. We didn’t end with the results we had hoped for but it was a great experience for me personally and I feel like have grown a ton as a person. Time for a break :)

In terms of differences of the typical student, we get early registration along with the rest of athletics so that let’s them get optimal schedule for matches and practice. The professors will excuse us if we need to travel and help us make up assignments and exams when we return
