I could not agree more with @spencerpratt on mandatory treatment. I investigated California’s behavioral-health spending for @CityJournal, and what I found supports Spencer’s point: the state spends billions on voluntary care while failing people who need mandatory treatment.

If I’d known Trump would be able to get so many major pediatric gender clinics in blue states to shut down, I would have gotten on board a lot sooner. Democrats cannot return to power. The entire enterprise of child gender transitions must be stamped out.
