    If your’re in middle school and only playing lacrosse ur doing yourself a disservice. Play other sports. Be an athlete. Learn to play other roles. Learn the lessons all sports provide. You’re development as a lacrosse player will escalate in the long run and for the long term.

    Lacrosse players under 10 years old should not be padding up. They should be playing 3v3 SPEED lacrosse. Learn to pass, catch, groundballs, gameplay IQ, feet and fist defense. 10x’s the touches in half the time. @GoSpeedLacrosse @WorldLacrosse @Worldlacrosse22

    I played at Syracuse, my coach wasn’t religious but before every game he wrote 118:24 on the chalkboard. In the Bible it means, “Today is the day the lord giveth, rejoice and be glad.”It’s not what happened yesterday and not what is going to happen tomorrow. Today is the day!
